How Can Better Patient Scheduling Improve Modern Healthcare Experiences?

Sometimes just having the patient ready to see someone isn’t enough if the waiting time on creating that appointment is long, overwhelming, or requires 86 phone calls. This is where patient scheduling software  has advantages in the modern practice.  For some practices, there has been excessive focus on reception staff, paper calendar use, or spreadsheet analysis; in some cases, administrators simply bore a hole in their foreheads with a pencil talking on the phone for 30 minutes trying to find a time slot.
